Flat Rate Car Shipping | How airRyd.com is changing the game in auto transport
Many times when a person finds our services, they will give us a call and ask "what's unique about airRyd VS any other online outfit? " What is the difference between airRyd and Montway, or airRyd and Roadrunner ? Or any other pop shop broker online?
Often when these questions are asked, to us, it's almost insulting to be frank, as we have put so much time into our operations that we would hope those differences would be STARK and OBVIOUS, but rather then be sensitive about it, LOL, we figured we would do our best to highlight some of the most significant differences.
1.) We disclose our pricing - and have a clear FLAT RATE BOOKING FEE ON EVERY AUTO TRANSPORT .
You can view a breakdwon of our very simple flat fee pricing here:The airRyd Pricing Page.With virtually every online transport company, you are given one single packaged quote, and are told that this magical price will for sure move your car, and better still, move it on the dates your asking. Even though literally none of what they are selling is even remotely able to be guaranteed. Furthermore, you are never told what this transport company is charging, or what their actual quote for the trucking part of the transport is. The process is largely hidden from the customer . You are supposed to just "trust" the broker company, even though their lack of transparency across the board does not instill trust whatsoever.
2.) We do not auto dispatch loads to carriers.
Once again, we know the way vehicles are dispatched to trucking companies in this industry, because we have extensive hands on car hauling experience. Brokers by and large will automatically dispatch out any load ( send your load out to a trucking company ) to the first company that calls in to inquire on the order, provided they have a basic DOT # and an active insurance policy. Checks on equipment, drivers, company history, commercial ratings, and experience are almost never a factor in the process. To an online auto transport broker, you are just another number, and so long as they keep their share of the profit high, they are more then willing to dispatch orders out to the lowest of low quality trucking companies. The differences in a solid outfit with 250k invested in high quality equipment VS a company with terrible ratings and awful , old , and outdated equipment, could not be more significant. These factors have a HUGE determining factor on how your transport will go, or if you'll even see your car again.
3.) Quality at all times over profit.
We are more concerned with our reputation then we are making a profit. We will cancel out and refund customers who simply aren't willing to pay what it may take to mover their unit on a reputable carrier. Sometimes, it does just take a slightly higher number then that rock bottom quote you received over at Amerifreight, or some other outfit. Our goal is NOT to find you the cheapest rate, our goal is to find you the best rate we can, without sacrificing quality. We often will filter through MULTIPLE offers from trucking companies to move an order, until we are comfortable with the company we are sending that order to.
4.) We keep your expectations realistic. We don't say yes to every demand.
We do not pay for leads or make attempts at "selling you". So if you call into us with crazy demands and requests for guarantees that no one can genuinely promise you, we will be telling you just how crazy your demands are. Meanwhile, more then likely most companies will be happy to give you a yes and another yes to anything and everything you request, just to make sure they lock in that order with you.
5.) Lowest Fees in the industry
Our flat fees of either $89 or $125 per car over the market rate are by far the lowest fees in the industry. It may feel nice booking a "$0.00" down order with your credit card, but if you knew who or where that card information is being saved you may have a different feeling about that. Many, many times online transport companies will simply claim to have a carrier on an order, just so they have an excuse to charge your card, $200, $300 or $500 on an order. And in MANY cases what will happen is the trucking company will randomly cancel the order , not long after. (This is because unknown to you, the broker never actually in many cases even had a carrier locked in on the order, they just will claim that they do so they can charge your card. ) But the broker now has your cash, and you feel pressured to stay with them.
Secondly, when you put your card info in, to a zero down site, you have no idea when, or how much your card may be charged. Not a good feeling if you ask us.
Our system charges your card one single time, and nothing beyond that is typically paid until the delivery of the car at the destination. It's the same process every time. There's no guessing game or any surprise charges to your card.
6.) We do not pay for leads or attempt to "Sale You".
We do not play the game of shadows, gimmicks, low prices, or slick sales verbiage, to get orders booked. We do not call you with the age old typical " We have a truck waiting down the road, we need to get a deposit on this to reserve a spot on the truck" ( Complete BS ). We do not rely on cold calls or paid leads. Our entire company is based on organic leads and word of mouth. We are the fastest growing auto transport company in the USA as of March 2022. Our growth rate soared 500% in 2021 in actual booked orders.
7.) No company moves cars faster.
We move cars at warp speed and often our customers are shocked how rapidly their vehicles are moved. In fact one of the issues we often have is customers not having their vehicles ready for transport on the day they indicate on their orders. We often have units dispatched out and even loaded for transport on the same day a customer places an order on airRyd.com or Midwestexotictransport.com .
We are able to do this of course because we simply price the units where they need to be on national load boards to get them moved rapidly. We also have such a high reputation on all national networks, that more carriers are attracted to our orders as they know we are a no nonsense company, we pay our invoices rapidly, and our orders are known to be 100% "confirmed" - meaning a customer has placed a legitimate order with us. Many brokers will post unconfirmed loads and waste trucks time. This leads to less and less interest from carriers if done repeatedly. ( Which many online brokers do. ) And in turn, if you do book an order with a broker who is known for this practice, you will for sure experience a longer wait time to move your unit, fewer options from trucks, and reduced carrier quality.
8.) We fully explain the transport process in extreme, exhaustive detail.
We want our customers to be completely and totally informed on the process. Why is just explaining the truth of things so hard? We can't tell you, but it is for sure a rarity in this industry. We are happy to be one of the few explaining the ins and outs to the public through our YT channel and or FAQ page and other resources we have online.
9.) Name your price options
We plan to have online options in the near future that allow for our customers to have full control over their order, in a way never before done. The ability to increase, or decrease pricing offers
to trucking companies, all within our user portal. But for now, we are more then happy to attempt to move any unit at pricing that suits you. However, you simply must be aware that if the pricing your shooting for is too low , or beneath the current market levels for your particular transport, the chances of the order actually moving will diminish greatly. A very common misconception is that airRyd or
whichever online company your considering booking with , has actual operational control over market rates. The truth is they do NOT. The pricing must be in line with the market, (similar to stock prices
when attempting to purchase shares of a particular company - if the buy price you set is not where it needs to be, no one will fill your order to buy said shares. ) Auto transport is incredibly similar to the way shares are filled on stock purchases. It is an ecosystem of supply & demand, and airRyd is your broker within the process, attempting as best as we can to lock in the best rates for you with the best
possible companies.
10.) Technology and Innovation
