TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.) Process: airRyd is a facilitator within the auto transport process. We are very clear about this. We are not sending or dispatching out a truck or driver that is specifically employed by airRyd. airRyd will find a suitable trucking company, at market rate pricing, to move your vehicle. You will have the option to accept or decline the "FINAL TRUCKING RATE". The trucking rate is simply the rate that is being paid directly to the trucking firm that is contracted out to do the actual transport of your car. We work with highly vetted, insured, experienced, professional outfits that are properly licensed and authorized for hire by the US Dept.. Of Transportation. We verify all data on all companies that are contracted by airRyd to the best of our ability. With that being said however, we are involved within the process from beginning to end. We will coordinate, select, vette, dispatch, and handle the entire transport from end to end.
2.) Insurance: All cargo coverage on every transport is provided for by the trucking company that is eventually contracted out to do the transport. We verify all policies on all carriers prior to dispatching out any vehicle for transport. Furthermore, we are happy to provide the insurance information on the specific company, at the time of dispatch. You will have an opportunity to review anything you'd like on the specific trucking company, prior to signing off on the final trucking rate. Most trucking companies carry a 1 million dollar liability policy, and a 100-500k cargo policy. We will seek out trucking companies with a higher cargo policy if you happen to have an exotic or an extremely expensive auto. Also, there are additional riders that you can purchase online or from your insurance company that are known as "one-trip-policies", which may be of interest to you depending on your specific requirements. airRyd however is not responsible for physical damages or transport damages. These liabilities are the responsibility of the carrier. If an incident does occur, we are more then happy to assist you with all documents and insurance policy information, so that you may file a claim against the trucking company's cargo insurance.
3.) Scheduling: Scheduling pickups requires a minimum 2 day pickup window, with at least one day being a weekday. Pickup and delivery times are always considered to be close approximations or estimates,
they are never hard guaranteed dates. If you have a hard date or deadline that a car must be loaded by, or delivered by, then we must be informed of those dates within 24 hours of you booking an order on aiRyd.com . The typical solution to hard dates is to ship the car early, or to set up the order in such a way that the car arrives early. Shipping goods including cars is an inexact science, so one must understand this before engaging in the vehicle shipping process.
4.) Pricing: Although we do not offer strict guarantees on most projections within our transport process, we will guarantee to produce options to move your auto within $150 of the airRyd auto-calculated price, or you are entitled to a full refund of any and all monies paid including the airRyd initial fee. We repeatedly stress how auto transport is market based, and supply and demand driven, so even the most advanced technology cannot always account for the fluidity of the industry.
5.) Payments: On most orders, there will simply be an $89 or a $125 flat fee at the time of booking depending on if you selected open or enclosed transportation. Beyond that, nothing further is typically due until the time of delivery. At that time, you will pay the final trucking rate, by cash or cashiers check directly to the driver on delivery. If you need to pay the entire amount by credit card, please do so when initially booking the order. Otherwise, we can in most cases adjust your order to payment by card after it's been picked up. So under that scenario, you would pay the flat $89 or $125 fee, and then the final amount by card after the vehicle has been picked up. We would contact you after pickup to make the final payment. There is a 2.5% charge for paying by card.

-You authorize airRyd to facilitate the transport of your vehicle at the rate listed on this page. (When on the final payment screen)
-You acknowledge that this rate is not a guarantee, and payment in full does not constitute a guaranteed shipment at this rate. However, if the rate does have to increase in order to move your vehicle,
we promise only to do so after we have received your authorization to move your vehicle at the increased premium.
-You waive your right to chargebacks except under the following conditions;
A.) airRyd fails to meet the terms of this agreement & fails to refund your payment within 30 days of your refund request.
Overages: If a transport takes more to move than the initial fee calculated by our calculator, and you happen to make the full payment by card at the time of booking, than we will request your approval to move the car at the higher price. It will be your choice and your decision. We will not send out a vehicle for transport at a higher rate than we initially quoted you, without your approval. That additional premium can be paid by cash , check, or card.
6.) airRyd Calculated Price: The airRyd calculator is updated regularly to continually reflect the most up to date pricing depending on the size, weight, and style of the car you are trying to move. Other factors include distance, location, time of year, weather, road closures, and simple supply and demand within particular areas. With that being said, it remains an inexact science. We are totally transparent about this. If we believe our calculator is off on pricing, we will contact you within 24 hours to update you. Furthermore, we offer a full refund of all monies paid if we cannot produce viable options on your transport within $150 of the calculated price within 7 days of the time of booking.
7.) Misrepresentations: If you place an order on airRyd.com and your vehicle is not as described, has additional undsiclosed weight in the bed or inside the vehicle's cab, or has been lifted, modified, or altered in any way from it's stock, original manufactured
condition, you will void your right to a refund, unless you notify airRyd.com within 24 hours of placing your order with us. We must know the condition of the vehicle in order to setup the correct truck on the
order for you. Furthermore, we are not responsible for additional charges imposed by any trucking company for any and all misrepresentations.
8.) Cancellations: In the event that you need to cancel your order, we provide a 24 hour no risk window to cancel the order and receive a full refund, AS LONG AS THE ORDER HAS NOT ALREADY BEEN DISPATCHED OUT TO A CARRIER. Beyond 24 hours, we are happy to refund any monies paid towards the "trucking rate"
(provided your vehicle has yet to be picked up by a transport company), but not the initial flat fee charged by airRyd for working on and setting up your transport. It takes a great deal of time to set up and work on transports , and coordinate the logistics. Please be sure you want to move your vehicle at the time of booking. Furthermore, if we dispatch our your vehicle for transport, and your vehicle is not ready for pickup at the time the trucking company arrives, you will be subject to a minimum, $100 dry run fee.
If your load appears on Central Dispatch, or other national load boards with another company, within the initial 10 days from your "first available move date" , or if you seek to
arrange other transport services contemporaneously, then your right to a refund on your initial deposit will be voided
and your order will be canceled. Double and triple booking your order only leads to you bidding against yourself, and inhibits our ability to properly and efficiently move your car at the rate we have quoted you.
International , Hawaii & Alaska shipments: Due to the additonal steps involved in these transports we generally don't offer refunds of the intial deposit paid to airRyd.
Special Circumstances: airRyd will also refund the initial booking fee under these special circumstances:
- Inability to produce any viable options for shipment within 7 days from your "first available transport date".
- Inability to produce any options within $150 of the airRyd calculated price.
9.) Refunds:
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL REFUNDS GIVEN ARE SUBJECT TO A 3.49 % FEE, ( WHICH IS THE SAME FEE WE ARE CHARGED TO PROCESS YOUR TRANSACTION) WE REFUND EXACTLY WHAT WE RECEIVE, MINUS THE
CREDIT CARD AND PROCESSING FEES. ) PAYPAL DOES NOT REFUND US THAT FEE WHEN WE ISSUE YOU A REFUND.
------All refunds must be requested within 30 days of your initial booking date, in writing by email. ----------
Secondly, refunds are processed and returned to you within 7-10 days of the date you request a cancellation, provided the cancellation meets the requirements of these T&C.
